There are three sources for a good workload balance:
- Work commitment: the workload, work requirements, deployment requirements and the personnel formation / personnel organization are in line with each other.
- Work-person: the work requirements that are set for individual employees and the personal competencies, ambitions, employability and load capacity fit together.
- Work-life: the organisational work and deployment requirements are aligned with private obligations, stage of life and aimed at the sustainable employability of the employees.
