Umc&#8217;s willen een gezond en veilig werkklimaat bieden, daarom voeren de umc&#8217;s een actief beleid om grensoverschrijdend gedrag tegen te gaan en gewenst gedrag te bevorderen. Uw umc tolereert geen enkele vorm van grensoverschrijdend gedrag. Op Dokterhoe heet grensoverschrijdend gedrag anders. Onder de button &#8216;Agressie &amp; geweld&#8217; leest u wat u en uw umc kunnen doen om agressie en geweld van pati\u00ebnten en bezoekers te voorkomen en hoe u ermee kunt omgaan. Onder de button &#8216;Ongewenst gedrag&#8217; vindt u informatie over pesten, seksuele intimidatie, discriminatie en agressie en geweld van collega&#8217;s.
