Your umc believes it is important that you work in a safe and healthy working environment. Your umc therefore does not tolerate any form of transgressive behavior and does its best to protect you against it. There is a policy in place to prevent, limit and deal with transgressive behaviour and to encourage desired behaviour. The risks are regularly inventoried (RI&E), there are house rules and codes of conduct. Buildings, working environment and work processes are made safe.
